Returns & Refunds

Love it or send it back — 30 days, no drama.

We want you grinning every time you clip your KICKFRAME to your keys. If it's not right, here's how we make it right.

30-day returns. You've got 30 days from delivery to request a return. The camera should be in its original condition and packaging, with the keychain and cable included.

How to start a return: email us at support@kickframe.com with your order number and a quick note on what's up. We'll send you the return instructions and address.

Refunds: once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when it's on its way. (Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.)

Arrived faulty or damaged? That's on us. Send a photo or short video to support@kickframe.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — no need to send the faulty one back in most cases.

A few honest notes:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we shipped the wrong thing.
  • microSD cards and the Mystery Gift are non-returnable once opened (hygiene/electronics standard).
  • We can't refund items lost on the way back to us, so please use a tracked service.
