1. The basics. By using getlakeday.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can order. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country (typically 18+) or have a parent/guardian's consent.
3. Products & pricing. We do our best to show products, colors, and prices accurately, but screens vary and typos happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit or cancel orders (including after an order is placed if a listing was clearly mispriced). Prices are in USD unless stated.
4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors; if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds. Governed by our Shipping Info and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.
6. Product use. The KICKFRAME camera is a novelty/consumer camera intended for lawful, personal use. You are responsible for using it legally and respectfully — including any laws about photographing or recording other people in your area.
7. Intellectual property. The KICKFRAME name, branding, site content, and images are ours or our licensors' and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Warranty. Products come with any warranty described at purchase (including the optional Extended/2-Year Warranty add-on) and any rights you have under applicable consumer law, which these terms don't remove.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes are handled accordingly.
11. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
